From Day 1, our 6 Week Challenge is designed to push, encourage and motivate you to achieve significant weight loss in as little as 6 weeks. It’s designed as a concentrated yet safe program methodically designed to let you see success in a very short period of time. It’s an awesome jump start to a lifelong commitment to great fitness and health. It's also perfect for anyone with an upcoming special event, such as a wedding, vacation or reunion.

From the outset we teach you is that your nutrition is extremely important. Without the right nutrition you will be wasting time spinning your wheels. Your personal Accountability Coach will go through the recommended nutrition program **FOR YOU** to achieve weight loss taking you through what to eat and when to eat it, step-by-step. We’ll provide a complete grocery list so that all the guesswork will be removed from your diet and nutrition plan for the next 6 weeks.

You'll work with a Certified Personal Trainer who will guide you through your exercise routine and movements as opposed to you working out on your own not knowing what to do. Whether you choose our Small Group Training option or our 1 on 1 Personal Training option you will become part of a fitness family who will give you the motivation you need. Each workout will be different to keep your training fun, interesting, and prevent you from falling into a boring routine. Our training is appropriate for people of all fitness levels right from beginner to serious fitness enthusiast!

It is also important that you are committed to the program since a lot will depend on your commitment and discipline. We’ll keep you on track with weekly weigh ins, weekly check-ins, and private conversations where we address any hurdles you’re facing as you advance towards your goal.

Nutrition Plan

We will sit down with you and make you your own custom meal plan. Exactly what you need, given your body, schedule, and food preferences, so it is not only doable, but enjoyable. We adjust every week as needed to make sure you see results week-in, week-out.

Grocery List

We will sit down with you and map out your exact grocery list so you know what to buy at the grocery store, and leave nothing to guesswork. Average person spends ~$60/week on groceries for 21 meals at Walmart or Trader Joe's. Our process will cut down on your time in the grocery store with most people getting in and out in under 15min.
