Marinated Chicken Breast


Easy Breezy Marinated Chicken Breast



4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6-8 oz. each)
1/2 cup Lemon juice
3 Cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoon Olive oil
2 teaspoon Tarragon
1 teaspoon Thyme
3/4 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Black pepper

In a 1-gallon plastic Ziploc bag, combine lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, tarragon, thyme, salt & pepper. Add chicken breasts to the bag and make sure they are coated evenly with marinade. Squeeze the air out of the bag and seal it. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, turning occasionally.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the chicken breasts in a glass baking dish. Bake, covered with aluminum foil for about 10 minutes, and then cook for about 10 minutes more UNCOVERED or until
