Do 7 rounds as fast as possible of:

  • 7 pike push-ups
  • 7 Sumo deadlift high-pulls
  • 7 inchworms or deck squats
  • 7 standing tuck jumps or high knees
  • 7 full sit-ups
  • 7 suicide tap-downs
  • 7 floppy burpees

 

Important:  Always do a dynamic warm-up and a proper cool down with stretching and SMR with each of these workouts.
