What is Small Group Training?

Small group training as a systematic program designed for 2 to 8 people that covers all aspects of exercise to achieve results with the majority of clients. The classes are structured to incorporate a deep knowledge of exercise science from properly performed movement to logical structuring of exercises in a way to maximize results.

Training with other clients is motivating. Working out with a group of people pushing past their own limits will push you to crush your own. A friendly, energetic and encouraging atmosphere makes every workout unique and stimulating. The low client-to-trainer ratio lets your Certified Personal Trainer correct major movement issues in real time while sharing your training with other motivated clients keeps the cost of Personal Training from breaking the budget.

Small Group Training is NOT…

Small group training is NOT a boot camp.  Small group training is not group fitness.  Results are our goal,so  our Small Group Personal Training  programming is at the complete opposite end of the spectrum from boot camps or large group classes. No repetitive, easily memorized workouts. No one size fits all, cookie cutter approach to exercises. No hyper focus on cardio cardio cardio.

We Will…

  • Place you in the proper level of training for your goals and concern
  • Have you work with one of our Certified Trainers in our Small Group format (2-6 people)
  •  Combine compound movements, challenging weights, and attention to form with a focus on body mechanics, proper loading and technique in a friendly environment
  • Use a combination of resistance training, metabolic conditioning and short rest intervals each class to enable you to build that lean physique you have been looking for.
