TABATA TUESDAYS 

On Tuesday’s, our group workout will follow a Tabata format (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, repeat for a total of 8x). Tabata is a form of High-Intensity Interval training, This workout is fast-paced, fun, and is known for its effectiveness for burning body fat! The exercises on Tabata Tuesday are simple, yet intense. You will NEVER be bored in Tababa Tuesday! 

 
TURN-UP Thursday!
On Thursdays, Whitney will make you feel like a bada** in her Turn up Thursday’s Agility, Ropes, and Cardio Workout. On Thursday’s, we will specifically focus on Battle Ropes, Agility Ladders, and plyometric movements. Keeping the heart rate high and the music blasting, you will use all sorts of equipment and body weight exercises to shock your body. Each week will be a completely different format, with different rounds to ensure you never do the same workout twice!
