My extensive background with resistance training, yoga, aerobic instruction and nutritional supplementation have given me the experience to help my clients reach a wide range of goals, from weight loss transformation to muscle building, to improving in their sport of choice.

I grew up overweight most of my life and finally said enough was enough when I needed to lose 110 pounds to enlist in the United States Army. Not only did I succeed in that goal, I created a routine for healthy habits that I've teach to my clients so they not only lose the weight, but keep it off.
