I focus on a combination of cardiovascular exercise and resistance training that will have you burning calories for hours after your workout. Fitness is my lifestyle, not a hobby, and I know from experience that regularly being active will help you look better, feel better, and improve your overall quality of life.

I'm well versed in multiple aspects of health and fitness including nutrition, supplementation, and therapeutic exercise. I've trained clients for sport specific improvement as well as physical therapy. I'm always willing to go the extra mile to help my clients reach their goals!

Ryan grew up surfing huge waves on the North Shore of Oahu, and at a young age took up the sport of Outrigger Canoe paddling at a very young age. This exposure to the connection between complete comfort in the harshest and most dangerous of conditions, and a natural peacefulness and confidence, are evident in Ryan’s character and reflected in his demeanor in the gym. Ryan has evolved into an elite paddler on outrigger canoes, OC1, Surf Ski, and Standup, He currently trains with top teams in the US and Hawaii. Ryan is equally passionate about weightlifting, creating new challenges, getting on the water, and training with clients.

Justin comes to us with coaching experience in football, track and field, and multi dimensional group workouts and loves to raise his clients levels of endurance, strength, and all around fitness while lowering their body fat percentage.

I use various forms of exercise to keep my client's workouts fun and challenging. My training style includes HIIT, boxing, conditioning, strength and agility.
