      I've never worked out with a trainer before and being in my mid-50's, was a bit intimidated by the whole concept.  I had neck surgery and so I was worried about my physical limitations as well.    Victor has been amazing!  He is kind, prepared, and very knowledgeable.  We work hard and I know I've done a workout, but I'm not so sore that I can't move.  For the first time in many many years - I have no lower back pain at all - something I didn't believe Victor could accomplish- and he did.  Amp Fitness has everything you need in a gym and is a great place to work out.  Without hesitation I recommend Victor - I wish I had started sooner!!

      I found out about Amp Fitness through Classpass and have been going pretty consistently for more than 4 months now! I was honestly intimidated by the space at first because it looked intense. I've also never done group circuit training before and was worried that I might fall behind.

    However, as soon as I entered, the trainers made me feel very welcomed and the class structure was easy to follow. Depending on the group size, we usually complete three sets of 4-5 different workout stations. Trainers  provide workout modifications (easy-advanced) based on your fitness level or if you have any injuries, which is amazing because ANYONE can join.

    I've taken classes by Victor, Dave and Jazmine, and all of them were amazing. They encourage you to do your best without sounding forceful or over the top. I feel great after every session, so I keep going back.

    Most of importantly, I appreciate that they've built a community where I can feel comfortable and motivated to workout in. I've heard many positive testimonials by the members firsthand and personally gained a lot of strength over the past few months. Definitely check them out if you live around the area. 10/10 would recommend!

      I feel incredible! I started personal training with my friend Jasmine at the end of July, and I must tell you that today, I feel great. It is now the middle of September and I know Ive felt a huge transition in myself. Thanks to the dedicated work of Janet, my body feels as energetic as my mind. I used to feel exhausted after just walking up a set of stairs, now I run up and down those bad boys no problem! I feel like Dave found Jasmine and I the most PERFECT trainer!
