Group Fitness Training
Training with other clients is motivating. Working out with a group of people pushing past their own limits will push you to crush your own. A friendly, energetic and encouraging atmosphere makes every workout unique and stimulating.
- Modify exercises to accommodate a wide range of experience, ability, and some injuries
- Combine compound movements, challenging weights, and attention to form with a focus on body mechanics, proper loading and technique in a friendly environment
- Use a combination of resistance training, metabolic conditioning and short rest intervals each class to enable you to build that lean physique you have been looking for.
